Location, room was clean, comfortable, selection of TV channels was interesting, The bar was a delight
I am not a fan of these circulatory breakfast areas with people milling around (yes I was there at the busy time). Went to the drinks dispenser only to find there were no cups. It took a lady of shorter stature from me to see the cups below

The king room we stayed in was top-notch.

location is excellent. minute's walk from Glasgow Central, for example. Attention at check-in. Good value for money. I found what I expected considering I paid cheaply in relation to other hotels.
To say the least, decoration of the room is basic, furniture the same, general feeling is pleasant. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Clean and quirky place, healthy and amazing breakfast with plenty of options. Comfortable bed in the queen room, plus air conditioning, very clean sheets and coffee. Efficient and smart staff at check-out, nice views.

Excellent location.
The beds. I don't understand why there are no single beds in this hotel, and to sleep 2 friends have to do it one in the bed and another on the sofa, in case there is one in the room you are assigned.

THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD IF YOU TRAVEL BY TRAIN BUT ALL THE TOURIST ATTRACTIONS ARE IN ANOTHER DIRECTION, I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS TOGETHER
THE ROOMS ARE TOO SMALL, TWO PEOPLE CAN'T FIT IN THAT ROOM AND THE BAGS ARE LESS

We felt unwelcomed by the staff, with no acknowledgment or basic courtesy offered. The lack of customer service was shocking, and it led us to cut our visit short and stay elsewhere.

In general everything was very good. The breakfast was very varied. The detail of the fireplace on the screen. The very wide beds.
I think it should be compulsory for there to be one person at each shift who speaks Spanish in the reception area. That they charge the room when they arrive, normally it is cancelled at the end of the stay.

The reading lights on the bed, the hair dryer, the bathroom, the bar, that had umbrellas for the customers.
Overall very good, except for the girl at the check-in who was a little dry.

perfectly situated for exploring glasgow's attractions and parks
I loved the superb location right next to the mainline train station and just a few steps away from Glasgow's vibrant shopping areas and lively pubs, made my solo exploration enjoyable.

Very high quality/price. The proof that with an affordable price you can give an excellent service without extravagance. The best thing is the comfortable entrance hall where you can enjoy a drink at the bar
Stylish breakfast but no hot dishes
